Excuse me?

As a computer technician I know what it is like to talk with people about their computer and them not really have any clue what I am referring to. When I start talking about how much RAM the computer has, or what size of hard drive is built into it, sometimes people understand to an extent. Like having 6GB RAM is better than have 2GB, but even then do they really know the difference besides that one is a bigger number?

I bet you are wondering what this has to do with mySonlight, or websites, or this blog? Well here it is. Throughout their lives many people will never truly understand the technology of our day. Sure you will have your geeks and your brainy kids who pick up on things, but the general public usually only learn so much about computers and other technology. However, just because you may not know how to backup a corrupt hard drive or install a network for a small business does not mean that you should not use the technology at your disposal.

That is one of the things I love so much about mySonlight. We want to help churches and organizations who may not be the most technologically savvy people on the planet use the web and different technologies to further their ministries. So that is why I think mySonlight is such an amazing thing. We are looking to help people and are providing a way that anyone can understand. It's not just about a cold faceless system, but we are real people who can help. The other side of the coin is that we are also able to provide more advanced tools for those who are up on technology. There's no limits to what you can do and we love that part of it as well.

If you have any questions (even the ones you think are dumb) please ask us. We are here to help.
